Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewellery - but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

You can return or exchange unworn items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty.

To request a return or exchange, simply click on this link and follow return instructions. Alternatively, you can email us at hello@ariyaandco.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Please note: for EU and North America returns, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Defective or faulty items are fully covered under our warranty and will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you.

1-Year Warranty

We’re proud of the quality of our pieces and offer a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

Our warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects
• Issues with plating or breakage not caused by misuse
• Faulty clasps or closures

It does not cover:

• normal wear and tear
  
• lost or stolen items
• damage from accidents, chemicals, or water exposure

If you experience an issue with your jewellery within the warranty period, please contact us with photos and your order number and we’ll either repair or replace the piece.
